WATCH: When Serena Williams and Lewis Hamilton Ran Into Each Other at a Jewelry Store

Serena Williams and Lewis Hamilton are the greatest athletes in their respective sports. They have set many records throughout their careers and have been a source of inspiration for millions across the globe.

Considering this, one would be very lucky to spot the two legendary athletes together. Well, it actually happened when Serena and Lewis ran into each other at a jewelry store in 2019.

As you can see, Serena Williams and Lewis Hamilton met each other in a Los Angeles jewelry store. Both are good friends and so naturally spoke for quite some time. Later, when Serena had to leave, Lewis walked her to her car and carried her diaper bag too! What a gentleman!

The meeting at the jewelry store was just one instance of Serena and Lewis’ friendship. On some of their biggest achievements, the players have never failed to shower praise on each other.

For instance, last year, Hamilton broke Schumacher’s record of 91 Grand Prix wins. On hearing this, Serena was delighted and took to Instagram to cross out 91 and write 92 to congratulate him.

Likewise, Lewis shared a touching message after Williams’ great run to semis at the 2021 Australian Open, saying, “I’m so proud of you, you fought like the champ you are and continue to inspire so many, including me with your fighting spirit and your humility.”

Clearly, Serena and Lewis have a great friendship. The two are always lifting each other up to make themselves better athletes, and they will probably continue to do so for the rest of their careers.
