“Need to Work on My Accent” – Serena Williams and Olympia While Preparing Chocolate Ganache

Serena Williams and Olympia often form a great team on the internet. Whenever the mother-daughter duo take to social media, they draw the eyes of fans across the world.

Earlier today, the 23-time Grand Slam winner shared another video where she jokes with Olympia. The four-year-old answered a question from Williams, to which the 39-year-old replied in a funny accent.

With over 13 million followers on Instagram, Williams is one of the most popular tennis player on social media. Along with promoting a few of her off court interests, her daughter Olympia features prominently in posts on her profile.

While the US Open is less than two weeks away, the mother-daughter duo once again engaged in poking fun on social media. During the video, Serena started by asking, “You wanna make something?”

Olympia responded by saying“I don’t know what I want to make. What about you?” After this answer, Serena used the opportunity to try a comical accent. She said, “I would like to make a Chocolate Mousse cake with a chocolate ganache!”

This answer sent Olympia laughing away, with the three-year-old questioning the accent her mother used. She asked, “What is the language?” To which Serena replied, “I need to work on my accent!”

During the video, Serena didn’t feature even once apart from speaking. However, it turns out Olympia’s popularity is growing by the day, with reactions to this video being the proof.

Williams to make her return to tennis at the US Open

The 23-time Grand Slam champion will return to Flushing Meadows to challenge for a record-extending 24th Grand Slam. She will make her return for the first time since withdrawing during the Wimbledon Championships due to a leg injury.

Ranked #21 in the world, the American will look to make a deep run in the US Open this year. However, she will face stiff competition led by defending champion Naomi Osaka.
