Gaming on the go with portable monitors for the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5

Chinese gaming manufacturers G-Story have provided gamers with portable monitors for consoles for a long time. For the past few years, the company has provided systems for consoles like the Xbox One, PS4, and many more. These monitors don’t sacrifice on performance at all with players gaming with features like FreeSync, 4K Resolution, and 144 Hz refresh rate screens.

However, the company has recently upped its game following the arrival of the next generation of consoles. G-Story now has portable monitors for the Xbox Series X and the PlayStation 5. The systems have IPS screens which have 60 Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 3840×2160. The portable monitors have 2 HDMI ports each. Players need to buy the consoles separately. However, they can easily install it into the systems using no screws.

Differences between the two systems

The Xbox Series X variant of the system has a 12.5″ screen. The first HDMI port supports 4K resolution at 30-120 Hz, while the second port offers 4K resolution at 60 Hz. Along with that, the entire system only weighs around 1.6 kgs, which should be easy to travel with. The portable monitor for the PlayStation 5 has a 15.6″ screen. The first HDMI port supports only 1080p resolution while the second port offers 4K. Finally, this system also weighs a bit less at around 900 grams.
