Recently the GOAT revealed the secret that has kept him going for so long. The legendary quarterback follows an 80/20 rule. It means that 80% of his diet is vegetarian, purely plant-based. It includes things like rice, vegetables, grains, and so on. 20% of his diet includes lean protein, which is found in chicken and fish.

Veganism has many health benefits, and it is environmentally friendly as well. Many people who love animals can never hurt them, so they base their nutrition solely on plant-based products. If properly followed, the diet can decrease the risk of diabetes and cancer. But veganism can also cause some complications. What was Brady’s game-day nutrition routine?

Recently Tom Brady’s wellness brand TB12 posted about the game-day diet of the athlete. It gave us an insight into what his plate looked like when the quarterback was preparing to throw some touchdowns.

Brady’s preparation started from the night before. He ate a whole foods meal with a lot of protein before game day. Hydration is the key so that is what the GOAT did instantly after waking up. For breakfast, he took a smoothie loaded with blueberries, banana, seeds, nuts, and Whey Protein. Before the game, Brady fueled up a plant-based Cesar salad and protein shake. After the game, he used to eat a protein-rich meal similar to the night before. This is the secret that kept Brady going for so long.
