After taking a long hiatus from tennis, Victoria Azarenka has finally started to find her feet this year. Azarenka who has started the year at 208, has ended the year as the world number 51.
5.Belinda Bencic
The Swiss youngster, who’s tremendous potential has been marred by injuries, made a significant jump in 2018. Belinda Bencic rose from 165 to 37 in the WTA singles rankings.
4. Hsieh Su Wei
Hsieh Su Wei from Taiwan, stunne the entire world, when she knocked out Simona Halep from the Wimbledon this year. She is our fourth mover of the year, jumping from 96 to 28 in the WTA singles rankings.
3.Marco Cecchinato
The Italian is one of the best movers in the ATP singles rankings, rising from as low as 107 in March this year, and ending the year as the world number 20.
2. Pablo Andujar
Climbing over 1600 rankings in an year to secure a ranking of world number 82 in the ATP rankings, Pablo Andujar is our second best mover of the year.
