The Swiss tennis player, Roger Federer had a tough day at the office today as he battled past against the World Number 18, Gael Monfils. He defeated him 6-0, 4-6, 7-6(3) and saved two match points against the Frenchman at Mutua Madrid Open 2019.

With this win, Roger Federer becomes the second man in the Open Era to win 1200 matches. And the first one being Jimmy Connors with 1274 ATP wins.
