And Barcelona’s season unraveled further as they were beaten 2-0 in the second leg in Vincente Calderon, thanks to a brace by Antoine Griezmann.
This is first time that Luis Enrique’s Barcelona have lost to Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid & the second time that Simeone’s side have knocked out the Catalan giants from Europe’s elite club competition.
