The highly anticipated Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War Zombies reveal is finally here and it seems Treyarch has decided to start afresh. Additionally, this Zombies mode stays in the universe that Black Ops 4 concluded, and tells a whole different story. The mode borrows a lot of its elements from the Black Ops Cold War and merges it with the Zombies universe.

This is the first time that Call of Duty Zombies will have both cross-gen and cross-play capabilities. This is great news for fans across platforms who will play together, regardless of the generation of their platform. ?Additionally, the game’s new map will be called “Die Maschine?.
