The Kolkata Knight Riders have been pretty experimental with their opening combination this IPL. Ever since Chris Lynn had been ruled out with an injury it was Sunil Narine who was entrusted with the responsibility of opening the batting. A specialist bowler opening the batting had already popped many eye balls. Though Narine proved valuable at the top playing some blinders and hard hitting cameos, but who knew we would see the mystery spinner score the fastest fifty in the IPL. Yes you read it right, Sunil Narine scored the fastest fifty in the IPL. He scored a blistering 50 of 15 deliveries against the RCB and twitter went berserk, here are some tweets;
