Khaos “The Oxfigher” Williams made his presence felt with a brutal knockout of Alex Morono in the prelims of UFC 247. Williams who fights at welterweight made quick work of the hometown hero in his UFC debut. He stopped Alex Morono in just 27 seconds.

Right off the bat, both men came guns blazing. Williams got the better of the exchanges when he rocked Morono within the first few seconds of the round. Morono began to back off to the cage but the Oxfighter continued his relentless offence.

Williams caught Morono with an uppercut and dropped him. bouncing Morono’s head off the canvas. Williams who was 9-1 coming into the fight extended his record 10-1.

What was surprising is that Williams was a late replacement for the injured welterweight Dhiego Lima. His UFC debut could not have gone any better. Not only did he brutalise Morono but he walked out of the fight unscathed.  Williams is now riding a 7 fight win streak.

Speaking to Joe Rogan in his post-fight interview, Khaos  said:

“Get used to me, get used to my name, I’m the future. Imma be here.

“Like I said, if he makes a mistake he gotta pay. That goes for anybody.”

The welterweight division is filled with hard hitters and Khaos Williams is an interesting addition to it. This newcomer can give many of the top contenders a run for their money.
