The biggest draw in the UFC will surely be wasted in an event with no audience. However, he is willing to do it if it is safe.

“While Conor’s desire would be to fight in front of another sold-out crowd. He does understand what him fighting in an empty arena could do for people at home, and would consider if he is comfortable with the way the UFC is holding these events from a health and safety standpoint.”

‘Notorious’ will get further motivation to fight, as he wants to make up for the lost time. He expressed a desire to fight three times in 2020. The former two-division champion returned at UFC 246 and beat Donald Cerrone in 40 seconds via TKO. His next opponent is a mystery. However, his manager has solved the conundrum over a return date.

While Dana White had earlier hinted at a June return, Attar said a return would take place only in July.

Furthermore, Attar said ‘Notorious’ will watch the event as the winner of the Ferguson-Gaethje match-up could be his next opponent. This is farfetched, as UFC President has already said that the Interim Lightweight Champion’s next fight will be against Khabib Nurmagomedov.
