“It’s going to be a great fight. I’m very excited for this one. It’s a good fight for Khabib but at the same time, Ferguson’s hard to fight. Because his style, he’s a little bit different with everybody.”- Edson Barboza

Barboza feels Ferguson’s superior striking skills may prove to be the difference between the winner and the loser. He adds that Ferguson has a certain creativity in the octagon, which is something that Khabib lacks.

“I think Ferguson has a little advantage because he’s a little bit better striker. He’s a little bit more creative. Everybody know what Khabib is doing but he do it very well. Everybody know but nobody can stop him.”- Edson Barboza

He feels Khabib’s strategies are public knowledge, everyone knows how he fights and that renders him predictable. Junior admits that Khabib is so good at his craft that even though everyone knows what he is going to do, they still cannot stop him.
