UFC 249 is on! And Twitter is having a field day. Going into the fight it was speculated that Joe Rogan will not interview the fighters inside the octagon due to safety reasons.
However, Rogan not only interviewed the fighters but he fist-bumped them, something the fans noticed and lost their mind. Besides that, Joe Rogan addressed to the “No audience” in a hilarious way.

Caught you slipping, @JoeRogan! 😂#UFC249 pic.twitter.com/tnneU406qU

Interviewing an athlete after the fight is a violation of the social distancing norm in itself. Unfortunately for Rogan, that was not the only time he slipped. Apparently, he shook Spann’s hands and Ariel Helwani was quick to spot that.
Fellow analyst and former middleweight champion, Michael Bisping could not help but respond to Rogan:
@joerogan announcing to no crowd for the interview isn’t easy but handled like the pro and veteran he is. But at least he didn’t ask the none existent crowd to make some noise 😂

Rogan is in the cage interviewing Spann. He shook his hand before, too. Old habits, I suppose.

I want to preface this tweet by saying I bought #UFC249 …@danawhite @ufc I think it's despicable that yall are charging full price for these fights. People can't go to the bars & can't gather to watch them. Now they are forced to either pay hundreds or not watch. #Greedy
