He revealed that he had used the moves to great effect on high profile UFC athletes during training. Fight fans were amused, to say the least, when they came across the archived footage.

Additionally, famed MMA coach John Kavanagh hilariously chimed in on the situation that had grabbed everyone’s attention. The incident sticks out in particular for the over-the-top and ominous phrasing seen in the video. Seagal has most famously claimed to be the one to wrangle Anderson Silva to utilize the front ‘crane kick’ in MMA.
