UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya spoke out at the post-fight presser fresh off a massive win over Paulo Costa. ‘The Last Stylebender’ turned on the heat on the Brazilian fighter and finished the fight via TKO in the second round. What’s more, Israel moves onto 20-0 and is hot on the trail of Anderson Silva in terms of wins.

The aforementioned 185-pound title fight was one of the most anticipated pay-per-view events of the year given the fighters’ styles. Although the fight won’t go down as the ‘Fight of the Year’ by any means, Adesanya’s performance certainly stands out. Moreover, ‘Izzy’ provided several iconic soundbites and moments post-fight that are a testament to his pull as a star athlete.
