Israel Adesanya and Paulo Costa are in no mood to share mutual respect within each other, especially when they are tied for the middleweight title fight at UFC 253.

It is no secret that Adesanya and Costa have disliked each other throughout. As their headlining PPV edges closer, the animosity between them grows deeper.

The undefeated middleweights recently sat down with ESPN to talk about their upcoming face-off. As the duo spat some verbal venom, Costa went shirtless to grab Adesanya’s attention.

“He is dumb, and he walks before he throws shots, that’s what makes it for me exciting, that’s what I am looking forward to. I am looking forward to big, inflated, ignoramus, running on me, trying to throw shots, as I keep moving and sticking him,” said Adesanya.

The middleweight champion was about to say a few more things before Costa decided to go shirtless on-air. However, Adesanya had a hilarious reaction to it.

He advised Costa to wear his shirt since they were on ESPN, before expressing his disgust over the entire incident.

“Pull your s*** away this is ESPN,” rued ‘The Last Style Blender’.

The middleweight matchup has already been grabbing attention for several reasons. From a stylistic point to mutual hatred, Costa vs Adesanya has been intensifying with every day. Predictably, both the contenders would give it all when the cage gets locked.

However, Costa will not be an easy call. The Brazilian has run through the bests in the division to earn his title spot. Not only that, but he has terrorized all of his rivals on the way.

Costa has appeared confident about donning the world title around his belt. He can retain his undefeated streak by claiming UFC gold on September 26 at UFC 253.
