UFC 270: Michel Pereira vs Andre Fialho

Michel Pereira is arguably the most exciting striker in the UFC, as he’s known for his flashy moves in the cage. From spinning attacks that transition right into backflips onto his opponents, Pereira throws everything but the kitchen sink at his foes. ‘Demolidor’ has put together a comprehensive run thus far and is on a three-fight win streak.

Pereira looks to start off slowly and then ramps up the pace as he gets into the rhythm of the fight. Fialho will have to be on his toes at all times to ensure he doesn’t get caught up in Pereira’s flashy move set. Pereira looks to establish his dominance at the center of the cage and build his way into overwhelming his opponents.

Andre Fialho is set to make his UFC debut and has put together a four-fight win streak to earn his spot on the roster. Not to mention, he has violently finished all four of his most recent opponents via strikes. Fialho has faced some recognizable names during his 14-3-0-1 professional career such as James Vick and Chris Curtis.

Fialho throws caution to the wind at times and a chaotic style might just favor him in this contest. He will be well advised to put significant forward pressure on Pereira and ensure he doesn’t begin to chain combinations together.
