Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier had engaged in a heated rivalry in the past. Hence, it is safe to assume that the latter did not go to Dublin to pay a visit to his former rival. Instead, he was recently spotted with his American Top Team teammates. Let us take a look at that front.

Bellator 299 is on the horizon, as the event is scheduled to take place at the 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland. The event is set for September 23. Incidentally, two of Dustin Poirier’s Sabah Homasi and Bellator middleweight champion Johnny Eblen will be fighting on the main card. Moreover, Eblen will defend his title in the main event against Fabian Edwards.

This has given rise to speculation that ‘The Diamond’ is there to help them out ahead of their fights. Given that he’s been actively training with them, there is a possibility that Poirier might be in the Eblens’s corner for his fight. ‘The Human Cheat Code’ boasts an undefeated record of 13 wins with no losses and will fight in his second title defense at Bellator 299.
