Recently, in an interview, Bellator’s current Middleweight champion, Johnny Eblen, mentioned how he wants to fight Alex Pereira. Going ahead, he also felt he could win the hypothetical fight.

“I’d out-wrestle him for sure. Probably submit him. He wouldn’t know how to get up. He wouldn’t be able to get away from me,” added Eblen. The fighter also respects Pereira for his experience and lethality. ‘Poatan’ was called “one of the best kickboxers in the world” in the same interview by the Bellator champion. He sees his wrestling skills as an upside to Pereira’s kickboxing and thinks that would win him the fight.

Although ‘Poatan’ is still new to MMA, he has been kickboxing for quite a long while. The UFC fighter knows the tricks to KO his opponents.
