“People got to see the perfect striker. He was so good. But he’s 47 [now]. That’s what, when I’m looking at this fight coming up, I’m like ‘I don’t know’,” the Spotify podcast host said about the best middleweight fighter (185 lbs) to compete in the UFC.

The former Fear Factor host, Rogan, also added, “He [Anderson Silva] is also 47 and I don’t know what kind of testing they are doing. That changes everything; That changes the whole world, cause if he is on all sorts of Mexican supplements, then we could see, like a turning back of the clock.”

Joe Rogan believes Anderson Silva is still a ’30-year-old’

A fan of ‘The Spider’, the 55-year-old Rogan further said, “He is most likely going to be supplementing. I wouldn’t imagine he’s not.”

The $120 worth Rogan continued, “At 47, I wouldn’t imagine he’s not taking something. If you’re taking something at 47, that’s not what we think is 47, that’s a 47 with a body that responds like a 30-year-old.”

However, it was only speculation from the UFC commentator as he included, “Is that the case? I don’t know. Is that enough? I don’t know. I’m interested [and] I’m watching [Anderson Silva vs. Jake Paul].”

The world’s number one podcast host also revealed an old story of Silva’s UFC debut and how he knew about ‘The Spider’ from his Pre-UFC days.

When Silva revealed he was knocked out twice in the sparring, the fight fans had their heart in their mouth. However, the Brazilian legend backed track from it. He later claimed it was lost in translation. The bout is on and it is trending in the right direction.
