YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul has ruffled some feathers in UFC and the boxing world in his 5 fights. The 24-year-old has thus far won every match-up and even scored 4 KOs. In his win streak, ‘The Problem Child’ went through 2 retired MMA fighters but hasn’t faced a professional boxer yet. He was scheduled to face Tommy Fury, but the fight failed through. Being his usual self, Paul called out the current undisputed super middleweight champion Canelo Alvarez, and it incited a reaction from UFC Star Nate Diaz.

Being fully aware of the Mexican boxer’s resume, Nate Diaz (21-13) just laughed it off when quizzed about Paul’s claim. The outspoken mixed martial artist only had little to add in response.

When the reporter asked him about Jake Paul claiming to beat Alvarez, Diaz retorted with, “At What?” he then quickly followed it up by calling the whole idea being, ‘cool’.

The 31-year-old boxer currently holds an impressive record of 57-1-2. His lone loss came at the hands of Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather way back in 2013. But since then, Alvarez has come a long way. The Mexican superstar is the current undisputed WBA (Super), WBC, WBO, IBF, and The Ring super middleweight champion.

Nate Diaz can’t wait to exit UFC

The Stockton native has made his intentions quite clear that he no longer wants to remain signed with the UFC. The 37-year-old mixed martial artist has been incessantly calling for the promotion to set up his final bout. With just one final fight left on his contract, the denizen of 209 simply wants to fight out his contract.

With a flurry of multiple Tweets, the younger Diaz brother has been quite adamant to finish his MMA career. Thus far, he hasn’t been offered a fight. As mentioned in the video above, he is more than ready to get back in the octagon.
