Yorgan De Castro took to social media and released a statement after suffering a brutal KO loss to Jarjis Danho. The aforementioned heavyweight scrap took place on the preliminary card for UFC Fight Night: Vettori vs Holland and delivered spectacularly. The fights before it came as decision wins and Danho’s sensational KO sent a jolt through the Apex Facility.

De Castro chased Danho around the 25-foot canvas for a large majority of the fight to enter into range. However, the table was soon turned on him as ‘Man Mountain’ found the perfect opportunity to explode. Furthermore, no follow-up shots were required as Yorgan De Castro was stiff as a board when he hit the canvas.

Yorgan De Castro is now on a three-fight skid in the UFC after dropping two unanimous decision losses previously. At one point, following his KO win over Justin Tafa, De Castro was looked at as the next heavyweight hitter.
