UFC heavyweight Jarjis Danho put forth the first finish of the night for the preliminary card with a blistering knockout. ‘Man Mountain’ landed a picture-perfect right hand to Yorgan De Castro’s dome that put him out cold immediately. Chiefly, the KO was very similar to one that De Castro had earned over Justin Tafa at UFC 243.

Yorgan De Castro continued to circle into Danho and tried to find a home for his own power shot from the get-go. However, it wasn’t his night as he wasn’t defensively responsible when entering into range with Danho. The finish came at 03:02 of the very first round and has certainly afforded Jarjis Danho a chance to make noise in the division.

The aforementioned heavyweight scrap was earmarked by fans as one that was unlikely to go past the first round. While the contest started off slowly, it quickly picked up steam in a ‘blink and you’ll miss it’ fashion. What’s more, Jarjis Danho received good viewership from fighting on the sophomore fight card hosted for ABC.
