“Get Off Each Others Nuts”: Nate Diaz Demands Apology From Conor McGregor

Conor McGregor gets a message from his rival, Nate Diaz. Diaz comes out and supports Stephen A. Smith in his ongoing battle with the MMA community that started with him passing harsh remarks on Donald Cerrone.

Conor McGregor took on Donald Cerrone at UFC 246 and got a quick victory by TKO. Cowboy did not even throw a single significant strike in the fight. Now there are two narratives of what Stephen A Smith said after UFC 246. Many fans believe that he insulted Cowboy by saying that the fight was disgusting. But Chael Sonnen came up with his narrative a few days back. According to Sonnen, Smith said:

“You guys are the experts. I am a fan. I love Basketball, I used to do some boxing. But I watch you guys. And here is what I saw. And I am disgusted at the fact that Donald Cerrone was not able to get off. I am disgusted at the fact that Donald Cerrone once he was hit and hurt, did not step back to grab a moment, create some space or coming and grab a hold of Conor and regain his thoughts.”

UFC analyst, Joe Rogan did not appreciate the derogatory remarks made by Smith about a legend of the sport such as Cowboy. Rogan said that Stephen A. should not be allowed to cover UFC. Conor McGregor supported Joe Rogan by demanding an apology from Stephen A. Smith. However, Conor’s rival, Nate Diaz tweeted earlier, supporting Stephen A.

After the fight between Conor and Cowboy, Nate Diaz also posted a tweet indicating that the fight was fake. Now he doubles down his statement by saying that the fight was over before it started. He also asks Conor and Rogan to apologize to Smith. Diaz said:

Now it’s very unlikely that Conor will apologize to Stephen A. However, Diaz’s response has made the fans excited who have been waiting for a trilogy fight between Diaz and McGregor. Leading up to UFC 246,Conor even said that he would like to give Nate another fight. And Diaz does not have a fight scheduled for him either. If Conor does not fight for the lightweight title soon then maybe the Diaz fight will be an interesting option for the Notorious One.
