Lately, the Irishman has been giving hints for a possible return sometime this year. Considering his long layoff could end soon, he noted inspiration from one of the golf legends, Tiger Woods’ superb return to the Masters.

The Notorious‘ on his Twitter account, while praising the great, wrote, “Hats off to the Golf Goat @TigerWoods this weekend. Grit and hard work can combine for a comeback- the world is cheering for you.”

The Irishman is going through a recovery process after his leg snapped in the first round at UFC 264 against his bitter rival Dustin Poirier, in what was a trilogy bout of the highest magnitude. Thus, he would look to replicate the success of the 46-year-old.

However, the clip is very short and only a few frames show his back. Thus, it’s not certain whether ‘The Notorious’ has removed it. Also, he has not made any statement about the same.
