Joe Rogan never shies away from speaking his mind, which is evident in his podcast, the Joe Rogan Experience. In an episode released on December 2022, the 55-year-old podcast host discussed how some bodybuilders have unusually big body sizes. Rogan believes that those bodybuilders must have gone down the path of steroid use. He even called out bodybuilding legend Mike O’Hearn and accused him of being a ‘fake natural bodybuilder’.

Joe Rogan mentioned that he saw Mike O’Hearn on a plane with his dog and was dumbfounded to see how big he was.

Joe Rogan said, “Imagine saying that you are 53 years old and you’re natural and you’re built that way. That is crazy.” He claims that it is an insult to the bodybuilding community for someone to claim that they are natural at 54 years of age. Rogan added, “It’s insulting. I mean, the guy’s [O’Hearn] obviously got incredible genetics and obviously works very hard. But also, saucy! He is a little saucy.”
