Francis Ngannou made headlines after he joined UFC’s rival promotion PFL. Now, ‘The Predator’ is capturing the attention of netizens by training with Hollywood legend Arnold Schwarzenegger. Ngannou created a massive fanbase during his time in the UFC, where he reigned as the heavyweight champion. He left the promotion while he was the heavyweight kingpin. Soon after he left the promotion, he chose to become a free agent until he joined the Professional Fighters League. It is expected that Ngannou will make his PFL debut in 2024. Now, by training with the ‘Austrian Oak’, Ngannou is making the best use of his time. However, it is not the first time the two have spent time together.

A few months ago, the Cameroonian-French fighter took to his Instagram handle to share some great pictures of him with ‘The Terminator.’ Along with the images he wrote, “If it bleeds, we can kill it. #ThePredators.” Along with the post he also wrote, “It was an honour to meet the legendary @Schwarzenegger.” From the images, it was clear that the two had a great time together. Now Schwarzenegger has shared a heartwarming picture with ‘The Predator’ and NFL star, Mekhi Becton.

These 15-minute workouts will keep you fit.” Both Ngannou and Becton are highly physically fit athletes. Schwarzenegger, by posing with them, wanted to inspire people to train without worrying about time.

Along with the images, ‘Arnie’ also shared the link to his fitness newsletter, ‘Arnold’s Pump Club’. Arnold’s Pump Club, first named ‘Pump Daily’, was launched on January 1, 2023. Now, his “village” has 4,31,000 subscribers. The intention behind the Hollywood legend’s newsletter is to motivate people to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Schwarzenegger strongly believes that no matter how busy people get in their lives, they can always find time for fitness. He always tries to convey the same message through social media.
