The much anticipated Logan Paul vs Dillon Danis match finally went down. And it went down with a lot of boos from the crowd. The match was not much distinguishable from a standstill between two individuals just being in a verbal spat. Except, the individuals were wearing boxing briefs inside a ring.

Logan Paul accuses Conor McGregor of abandoning Danis

Paul fought off Danis but not quite in the way that he would have wanted. However, for the fighter, a win is a win. He celebrated with no holds barred after the victory. In his mind, were names that have previously been associated with Danis but no longer are.

“. . . if Conor McGregor wants to stand up for his b*tch maybe I’ll face him next year,” proclaimed Paul. “Where is that little leprechaun? Where you at Conor? He abandoned Dillon just like Marcelo, just like Savannah, just like Scott Coker.”

The trash talk got a bit too personal as expected from the fighters. He called out McGregor as well as Danis’ ex Savannah who separated from the fighter. Marcelo Garcia is Danis’ former BJJ coach and Scott Coker is the well-known CEO of Bellator where Danis is a fighter.

While McGregor wasn’t present at the venue, he was quite clearly following the match through and through. The fight was truly the most unconventional from beginning to end. It ended when Danis attempted a takedown via a guillotine choke inside the boxing ring. The fighter was quickly disqualified and Paul was announced the winner.

Later, Paul name-dropped Rey Mysterio hinting at his plans in the WWE. Where do you think the fighter will go next? Keep an eye out on this space foe more updates!
