With Elon Musk calling out Mark Zuckerberg and both agreeing to a ‘cage fight’, UFC fighters like Jon Jones, Dominick Cruz, and even legends like Georges St-Pierre have come out and picked sides, offering training services to the respective fighters. From UFC President Dana White to UFC commentator Joe Rogan – everyone wants a piece of this action.

The newest names to join this ‘Billionaire Fight’ bandwagon are Logan Paul and Paddy Pimblett. Paul, who started his career as a successful YouTuber, later forayed into boxing and is now working as a part-time WWE wrestler. There are rumors circling about his ‘possible’ career at UFC and it seems he has already taken his first step into the sport.

Entering the realm of UFC – Alexander Volkanovski comments on Paul calling out one of UFC’s own

Logan Paul has been making headlines for a while now. Paul didn’t disappoint the fans. After Elon Musk was seen training with Georges St-Pierre, Logan Paul called out UFC Lightweight fighter Paddy Pimblett – agreeing to fight on the same card as Mark Zuckerberg vs. Elon Musk. What’s more, is that he said he would do it for free.

When the UFC featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski was interviewed for TheMacLife on YouTube, the interviewer asked him how he thought Paul would match up against the Lightweight fighter.

I think that’s a great fight. I think that’s perfect. I think that’ll… uh, be an incredible card that I want to be on as well. Now I want to be on that.” said Volkanovski. The interviewer pitched in with an idea of his own, urging Volkanovski to rack up some pay-per-view points but putting his name in the hat as well. Volkanovski agreed saying, “Let me… yeah… get pay-per-view points and let me headline it.”

The two had a good laugh over this but it is safe to say that the UFC fans wouldn’t mind a pay-per-view that features Musk, Zuckerberg, Logan Paul, Pimblett, and the UFC featherweight champion.

Musk vs Zuckerberg – Not Just a tech-war

No one would have imagined a real cage fight would be the way to settle a fight like Elon Musk vs. Mark Zuckerberg. Musk was the first one to propose this fight and Zuckerberg, who is already trained in various combat disciplines including BJJ, accepted. UFC president Dana White proposed to promote this fight, but his contradictory statement about not promoting ‘gimmick fights’ was severely criticized by the people.
