But, many people have been critical of Bruce Lee, as they did not see the legend compete. However, Mike Tyson had a different opinion and mentioned that the Jeet Kunde Do founder liked to fight for real.
Heavyweight boxing legend Mike Tyson shared his admiration for Bruce Lee. The former heavyweight champion claimed that Bruce Lee was a street fighter. In an interview, Tyson said, “Bruce Lee was a martial artist, but Bruce Lee was a street fighter. He likes to fight for real. Ain’t no drama, he likes to do it for real.”

Tyson was very appreciative of Bruce Lee’s philosophy. The JKD founder was known to be a philosophy lover. Tyson added, “Bruce Lee had an awesome philosophy on life, it blew me away. Bruce Lee is a killer, he hurts and does as much damage as you can then gets out without being hurt.”
The boxer believed that Bruce Lee’s philosophy deserved respect. He added, “You’ve got to have respect for the philosophy. That philosophy is the ultimate warrior philosophy.”
