While a section of boxing fans are yet to accept Jake Paul as a fighter, The Problem Child has been making waves across the sport. Be it competing or promoting, Paul seems to be doing it all. The Ohio-born fighter has also made it clear that he would like to fight Conor McGregor. Recently, during an interview, Paul revealed the purse if he and Mystic Mac were to fight.

Jake Paul is scheduled to fight Hasim Rahman Jr. However, it seems he has his eyes set on a potential showdown with Conor McGregor. Speaking about a fight with McGregor, Paul said, “For me, fighting a couple more times, continuing to knock some people out and he has to get active again. Who knows when that’s going to happen? I think those two things need to happen.

Speaking about the purse they would both receive, the $30 million worth boxer said, “He’s a businessman. I’m a businessman and that’s you know 75 to 100 million dollars for both of us.”

Paul is aware both he and McGregor have the potential to sell a fight. The undefeated boxer said, “I think Conor and I would be way more exciting, way more electric. I think we’re both, you know, more of a showman than Canelo.

Considering their outspoken nature, The Problem Child also realizes the entertainment value of a fight between him and McGregor. Paul said, “Just the press conferences and all the s**t talk would be absolutely legendary, be historic and it would be so entertaining for the fans...”

He further added, “People would be on the edge of their seats salivating to see us fight because of how much promotion going into it that we would both bring.”
