UFC’s top man, Dana White, stunned the entire combat community with the abrupt announcement of Jon Jones’ withdrawal from the main event. This news hit hard, especially after the trauma of UFC 294. It was a tough blow to handle, but White remained resolute in his approach to mitigate the damage. He swiftly introduced Tom Aspinal and Sergei Pavlovich as replacements for the upcoming UFC 295 event.

With Jon Jones out of the equation for the time, Aspinall and Palvovich will be competing for the interim heavyweight championship title. This is a big opportunity for Aspinall to claim the coveted title. Aspinall must be feeling the heat of anxiety at this moment and in order to relieve him from his stressful times, Tyson Fury has stepped forward to have a word of motivation for the Englishman.

The ‘Gypsy King’ recently had a conversation with well-known MMA journalist Ariel Helwani in his show ‘The MMA Hour’. During the conversation, Helwani asked Fury “What’s your message to him (Tom Aspinall)? Perhaps we could play it for him later on.”

‘Gypsy King’ was clear in his stance and stated that this might be one of the most career-turning opportunities for Aspinall. “You know, this is a massive, massive opportunity for Tom. We come from nearly the same area, just a couple of miles away from each other. I know how well and how long he trained for an opportunity like this, to take it on such short notice and save the event really because I know Jones is injured. And it’s a bad injury. “ Said Tyson Fury.

He further added ” So, to step in on short notice, both guys. I have always, since Tom started the UFC, I have always said that he is capable of winning the heavyweight championship of the world.” Fury’s support for his countryman is commendable. Down in the conversation, Fury expressed that a fight with Jon Jones could gather a ton of money for both fighters.
