Conor McGregor scorches Ryan Garcia and Sean O’Malley on social media

According to the initial report shared by ESPN’s Mike Coppinger, boxer Ryan Garcia tested positive for the banned substance, Ostarine, both before and after his stunning upset over Devin Haney. While Garcia has refuted the information in a video shared on X where he stated, “Never taken a steroid. … I don’t even know where to get steroids. … I barely take supplements.” Conor McGregor isn’t convinced.

‘The Notorious’ took to X to post a lengthy and pointed rant where he stated, “Cheated the weight and was juiced, lifetime ban. Sad to see, sad to say. Sad and a bit sick. Don’t come near me if I see you ever Ryan Garcia. I am actually disgusted. This ostarine it reminds me of Sean o malley was on that as well.”

His comments about Sean O’Malley refer to the UFC fighter’s past issues with USADA when he was suspended for 6 months by NSAC (Nevada State Athletic Commission) back in 2018 for testing positive for Ostarine, as well. McGregor continued his tirade as he challenged both Garcia and O’Malley to sparring matches, offering to set up flights and accommodations for the showdown.

He questioned their actions and warned Garcia that if he were Devin Haney’s father, there would be severe consequences and despite his anger towards Garcia and O’Malley, McGregor praised Haney’s performance, calling it heroic. “What the f*ck happened to you, you little fool. Get your head together cos I gonna smash it in with elbows if you don’t.” This statement from social media encapsulates the Irishman’s thoughts on the affair.

In conclusion, McGregor’s reaction to the news highlights the seriousness of doping allegations in combat sports and the consequences they can have on fighters and their opponents too, as Devin Haney, has also made his thoughts known on the entire situation.
