However, it was Taylor who won the fight via split decision and is still the undisputed lightweight champion of the world. It now seems that Serrano will get the opportunity to avenge her loss as revealed by a recent X(formerly Twitter) post.

MMA Orbit shared a post, which read, “A rematch between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano is expected to take place at the Sphere in Las Vegas in June meaning #UFC306 in September will no longer be the first combat sports events at the new venue.”
