Last year, Ngannou and Fury teased fans with a boxing bout between them, which has not been finalized yet. On the other hand, things between Tyson Fury and UFC champion Jon Jones got heated as well.

During one of his popular podcasts, Joe Rogan voiced his opinion, suggesting that Jon Jones would defeat Tyson Fury in an unregulated fight. Soon, Fury took offense to this comment and promptly called out both Rogan and Jones. The tension between Fury and Jones added fuel to the already intense rivalry brewing in the heavyweight division. But now, it seems like Fury might be snubbing Jones and going back to Ngannou!

Recently, Francis Ngannou posted a video on Twitter showcasing his punching power. With the video, he wrote “Anyway … I’ll be ready”, hinting at a fight against Tyson Fury. Not one to shy away from verbal exchanges, Tyson Fury took to his Instagram story to respond to the brewing controversy.

I’ll have 15 pints and still KO you big stiff tramp, Fury hit back at Ngannou on his Instagram story. Following this, Ngannou made a confident and bold statement to the boxing legend. The former UFC champ hit back at Fury by suggesting he stops talking and finalizes a boxing bout. Further, Ngannou also stated that he is doing ‘The Gyspy King’ a favor by agreeing to fight in boxing rules.

“Stop talking, Tyson, and come try. I’m already doing you a favor using your gloves and your rules because (of) your limited skill set.”

Interestingly, this social media war happened mere days after Dana White made an interesting proposal to Tyson Fury for a fight against Jon Jones.
