Francis Ngannou Breaking the Scale Ahead of Anthony Joshua Fight Has Fans Perplexed – “How Did Dana Let Go of This”

Francis Ngannou is one of the most powerful strikers out there. His punching prowess is unquestioned, no matter what form of combat sport he enters. Currently, he is preparing for his bout against Anthony Joshua, the second-ever boxer he is fighting inside the ring.

What made Ngannou so famous was the strength behind his punches. From knocking out Alistair Overeem to being pitted against the legacy of Jon Jones, ‘The Predator’ has done it all. Back in 2017, Ngannou set the world record for the hardest-hitting punch at 129,161 units.

According to UFC CEO Dana White, this is how a punch as powerful as his can be described. “Francis Ngannou has the world record for the most powerful punch. His punch is the equivalent to 96 horsepower which is equal to getting hit by a Ford Escort going as fast as it can . . .  And it’s more powerful than a 12-pound sledgehammer swung full force from overhead. Holy sh*t!”

That reaction is only appropriate when dealing with the power of ‘The Predator’. Now, in the latest clip that went viral on X. Ngannou can be seen absolutely demolishing yet another punching machine. In the video, the French Cameroonian can be seen walking up to a machine and casually hitting it.

The number recorded? 999. That’s right, on a normal day, Ngannou can just easily best punching machines anywhere in the world and it would be like having a stroll in the park for him. Here’s how fans took in the whole moment on X.
