Finally, the long-awaited crossover clash of two combat powerhouses is a reality. Former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou and current boxing heavyweight Tyson Fury will go toe-to-toe against each other on October 28, 2023, in Riyadh,  Saudi Arabia.  The fight’s date and location were first announced by ESPN.

Who is going to be “The baddest man on the planet”? This is a question that has vexed both boxing and MMA fans alike for almost a year. But now, fans finally know when they will get the answer. The promo video of the fight is out, and as expected, both the contenders didn’t waste time firing shots at each other on social media.

Ngannou replied by saying, “I’ve been ready the past 3 years”.  More words have been exchanged between the two, and neither is backing down.  The video had a lot to express as it displayed the entire buildup that the fans have been anticipating.
