Fans usually like to learn new facts about their favorite sports stars. Recently, Nate Diaz surprised some of his fans with a recent social media post. The 38-year-old took to Instagram to share a snap showing his preparation for the upcoming bout against Jake Paul. One peculiar fact about Diaz’s post came as a surprise to some fans, while his opponent Jake Paul spotted a common factor he shared with his opponent. He used it to take a shot at the ex-UFC welterweight.

The Nate Diaz vs. Jake Paul bout was announced early in April. After months of back and forth and online beefing, Diaz and Paul will settle their differences inside the squared circle on August 5th. The fight will go down in Dallas, Texas, inside the American Airlines Center.

Although the bout is months away, Diaz is dedicatedly doing his preparations. The Stockton star gave a sneak peek of the same and invited reactions from many, including future opponent Jake Paul.

In a recent Instagram post, Nate Diaz shared a picture of himself in training gear. In the caption, he wrote, “No es un juego.” The translation of the Spanish sentence is “It is not a game.”
