Yet, amidst the e͏xc͏itement, concerns arose within the fig͏hting community about the young figh͏ter’s mental health due to ͏some disturbing cont͏ent he posted on his social media.

However, despite everything, Ryan Garcia came to the boxing ring with new enthusiasm. He completely dominated the champ and clinched the victory by way of a majority decision. Ryan Garcia was completely dominant in his stance against Devin Haney as he found his mark with 87 out of 214 punches, boasting a sharp 40.7% accuracy, while Haney managed to connect 106 out of 285 shots, yielding a slightly lower 37.2% success rate. Notably, Garcia surged ahead with nearly double the number of power shots landed compared to Haney, tallying 95 hits versus Haney’s 45. Garcia’s complete dominance was taken into cognizance by Jake Paul who witnessed the fight.

He was 3 pounds over the divisional limit, and despite not feeling any guilt about the weight miss, Garcia chugged a beer and stated that he was ready to pay the fine. Quoting this incident, Paul might have had an idea to defeat Mike Tyson which is scheduled to happen on July 20th, 2024.

Interesting to say that Garcia has impressed Jake Paul to his core. Nonetheless, this was not the only reaction that the Youtuber turned boxer gave to Haney’s defeat.

Jake Paul jumped upon witnessing Garcia’s victory

Ryan Garcia silenced his critics by delivering a masterpiece by defeating Haney. ‘King Ry’ made everyone jump on their seats and it includes the Paul brothers as well. Paul shared a video where he and his brother alongside his friends witnessed the carnage that Garcia was bringing upon Devin Haney. Jake Paul watched the screen in disbelief as Garcia hurt Haney in the very first round.

Taking his excitement to social media, Jake Paul tweeted, “This is the craziest fight I’ve ever seen. Man what an amazing fight and so unexpected I seriously can’t breathe. Both are warriors and savages and never underestimate anyone.” It must be noted that the duo have a history with one another. When the Paul brothers started their career in boxing, Garcia was the one who became their first critic.
