Fury wrote, “Imagine the amount of right hands id catch u with here.” It doesn’t look like the animosity between the two combat sports icons has died down yet. Fury still takes every opportunity he gets to throw shade at arguably ‘The Greatest of All Time’. Meanwhile, Dana White has shown an interest in setting up a fight between Fury and Jones.
‘Bones’ is interested in a boxing match against Fury
When Dana White claimed to be willing to set up an MMA fight between Fury and Jones, the former refused to get inside the cage. Instead, he called for a boxing match. Jon Jones also mentioned that Tyson Fury is a great opponent for him and he would love to make that fight happen. It sounds like a great match from a promotional point of view. Both fighters have the ability to replicate the success that Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather had with their boxing match back in 2017.
