‘The Problem Child’ suffered his first loss against an actual fighter with a boxing background, Tommy Fury, this past February. He desperately needed to get a win to get back on track. He started off fighting fellow YouTubers but then shifted his focus to UFC fighters and even fought Tommy Fury, which he lost. He started off with 6-round fights, slowly progressing to 8-rounders. However, in his recent bout against Nate Diaz, he fought for ten rounds in just his eighth professional boxing match.

Moreover, Paul’s ‘Most Valuable Promotions’ made an unusual claim about a boxing record that he set during the Nate Diaz fight. He became the first boxer to fight 10 rounds in the shortest span of time. His promotion shared an Instagram post where the statistics showed that he is on par with the WBC heavyweight champion, Tyson Fury, for being the only two fighters of the modern era to go for ten 10 rounds in their eighth fight.
