Conor McGregor has shown no interest in battling Jake Paul till now, although Paul has constantly demanded a clash against the UFC PPV superstar on several occasions. Paul initially wanted to meet ‘Notorious’ inside a boxing ring. However, he is now ready to step inside the MMA cage if McGregor accepts the challenge.

That said, McGregor has already hinted at his UFC return and he desperately needs a victory on his resume. The Irishman has lost to Dustin Poirier in his last two outings and is in the sheer clutches of criticism. One of his obvious critics is Jake Paul, who has tagged McGregor as ‘selfish’ and has offered him a chance to do something ‘bigger’ than them.

Chatting with The Sun, Jake Paul sent a message to Conor McGregor and said, “You’re a rich little weirdo who poses, thinks cool watches and suits will make people like you.”

“This is your chance to do for others. Accept my proposal and let’s do something that is bigger than us. I’m ready.”

UFC honcho Dana White recently visited Logan Paul’s Impaulsive podcast and provided a potential lifeline to the McGregor vs Paul super-fight. But White doesn’t want to pull it off under the UFC banner. Well, Conor McGregor is looking to return to the lightweight title ride in the UFC and has hinted at challenging Charles Oliveira for the title.

McGregor’s ongoing plans don’t cite him to entertain a clash against Jake Paul anytime soon. However, a lucrative financial payday can clearly materialize the fight somewhere down the line. But McGregor needs to earn some wins immediately to resurrect his dominance.

Following his boxing loss to Floyd Mayweather in 2017, McGregor has lost his charm in the combat sphere. He has had a 1-3 run in the UFC following the loss against Mayweather and isn’t a rightful title contender to several people. However, ‘Notorious’ is still a PPV superstar and one of the biggest sporting superstars.

Therefore, McGregor can still aim at the biggest matchups onboard. He seems one or two wins far from being at the top of the slot once again. But it’s highly credible whether he can resurrect his lost domination once again.
