If you are Mike Tyson, not a lot of people are going to want to disagree with you, devoid of whether they were able to comprehend it or not! Agreeably, Tyson’s speech could sometimes be difficult to grasp, even making it difficult to reckon his mood. And surely ‘Iron Mike’ would be the last person one would like to offend and such is true even for UFC color commentator and the man of many talents Joe Rogan.

Joe Rogan conceded he was scared when he invited Mike Tyson to his podcast

While in conversation with American comedian and actor, Sebastian Maniscalco on his ‘JRE’ #2148, Rogan explained that it is not only difficult but scary to have a conversation with Mike Tyson when he is in the room. While watching a clip of his conversation with the boxing legend from his past podcast, Rogan emphasized that Tyson talks so intensely that one’s aura would be overwhelmed by his.

“He was like so focused and so intense you know it was it was almost hard pulling conversation out of him,” said Rogan. Maniscalco then barged in and asked Rogan if he was scared to have the conversation with the former boxing champ to which the 56-year-old said, “I’m always afraid when him around. That guy Kevin Hart said it best he goes it’s like being in a room with a lion.”

“A lion in the room” is an understatement when you talk about Mike Tyson. Nonetheless, why does the boxing star talk like that? Well, it is because of a childhood condition on which he has no control. Mike Tyson has a very rare condition of Lisp’s disorder. To summarise it in a few words, it is a condition where one suffers from a speech impairment. The scientific name of this disorder is ‘Sigmatism.’

This condition occurs due to misalignment among the throat, tongue, lips, or teeth during speech. The rare condition results in slurred and mumbled speech. Tyson was picked during his childhood due to this condition but well now the tables have turned on everyone. Nonetheless, Tyson is about to face Jake Paul soon enough and Joe Rogan has already bet his house on Tyson.

Rogan picks Mike Tyson over Jake Paul

Just 8 days more until we witness the baddest man on the planet gracing the boxing ring once again but this time he would be facing Youtuber-turner-boxer, Jake Paul in his fight. Joe Rogan is a fan of Mike Tyson as he influenced him growing up. Nonetheless, the podcaster has already chosen his warrior in the upcoming fight and he believes that even at 57 years of age Tyson can knock out Paul, however, he gives his credits to the Youtuber for taking the fight.

“He’s really something special and the fact that he’s willing to fight Tyson even if Tyson’s 57, just the fact that he’s willing to actually take a chance at Mike Tyson not being able to do what he used to do, ‘cuz that’s what he’s doing the gamble is like, there’s not a chance in hell that Jake Paul would survive against the Mike Tyson that beat Marvis Frazier,” said Joe Rogan in a conversation with MikeBaker.

The last time Tyson embraced the Octagon was back in 2020 when he met Roy Jones Jr. in an exhibition fight. Despite being retired, Tyson gave a hard time to Jones and that clash ended in a tie. Nonetheless, 4 years after his last bout, Tyson is again going back into the ring. Do you expect the same Mike Tyson to come against Paul? State your thoughts in the comments below.
