Joe Rogan Shares His Thoughts on ‘Scariest F***ing Human’ Mike Tyson’s Reinvention as a ‘Wise Guy’

Combat sports fans often associate the term ‘Baddest man on the planet’ with the current heavyweight champion. Although, upon hearing this phrase, most people remember one name; Mike Tyson. Known for his ferocious power and attitude during his yesteryears, Tyson is now a completely changed man. Recently on an episode of his podcast UFC color commentator Joe Rogan discussed Tyson’s reinvention.

In an episode of his podcast, Rogan said, “You want to talk about a guy who has like sort of reinvented himself as this like, wise, philosophical…He is an introspective guy.”

Rogan further added, “When I was a kid, he was the scariest f***ing human being that ever existed. When he was at the top of the food chain, and even the Heavyweight champion of the world, and even on the way up to the title, He was the scariest guy ever.”

“No one had ever seen a heavyweight like him. Moves like a f***ing lightweight. Smashes people, knocking everybody out. Just a matter of time.” 

Why is Joe Rogan So Important to the UFC?

Well, this is not the first time Joe Rogan has been appreciative of Mike Tyson. Rogan on his podcast once spoke about Mike Tyson being destructive in his prime.

When fans think of boxing, it is hard to not think of Mike Tyson. The former heavyweight champion was dominating every opponent he faced in his prime.

Speaking on his Podcast, Rogan said that Mike Tyson, in his prime, was storming the gates. That version of Mike Tyson could be put up against any fighter in the world.

Mike Tyson, in his prime, was a distinctive fighter. His performance against Marvis Frazier is a testament to him being so special in the ring. Opponents could not stop Tyson as he had everything around him, right from an excellent coach to a wonderful manager.

Tyson’s success has to be mainly attributed to his coach Cus D’Amato, who picked up Tyson when he was vulnerable at a time, and made him a world champion. The year Mike Tyson was in his prime, he was a destroyer.
