The former featherweight champ has also confirmed the dates for the fight and it looks like fans will soon see the Brazilian striker in the boxing ring. Jose Aldo had won his last fight against Jeremy Stephens in the UFC.

Jose Aldo confirms appearance in Jorge Masvidal’s promotion
Aldo made the announcement on Twitter. The announcement had a promotional poster of a fight and the caption gave the details of the fight. The 36-year-old tweeted,

Aldo confirmed that he will take on Stephens on the 1st of April. The tickets for the event are available on TicketMaster.
