However, he blatantly rejected the prospect of fighting for the Professional Fighters League (PFL).

Nate Diaz snubs Jake Paul and PFL for MMA return
In light of their upcoming boxing match on August 5th, Helwani brought up Youtuber turned Boxer Jake Paul and his 10 Million dollar offer to fight Diaz, MMA Style. Jake Paul, eager to face Diaz in the cage, will have to wait as Diaz dismissed this possibility. When asked about fighting in the PFL against ‘The Problem Child’, Diaz said, “Yeah I don’t fight for that organization” and “We’re going to do something real”.
Adding to the intrigue, Diaz opened up the possibilities for his career’s next chapter. Helwani commented, “I think maybe your next fight is going to be in MMA. I don’t know where, but I think it’s going to be in MMA.” To this, Diaz responded, “I’m not thinking past this right now. I said I’ll get that done and know what I’m gonna wanna do. I have ideas”.
With big-money matches like the Conor McGregor trilogy available in the UFC, the 38-year-old also discussed his return to MMA with Helwani. While he confirmed nothing, Diaz gave hope to his fans about a possible return to the cage.

Plotting the Next Move: Diaz Gives a Peek Into Future Plans
Nate Diaz, now a free agent, hinted at a return to the UFC. On being asked to elaborate on his ideas, Diaz remarked he will “probably either be back in the UFC or do something like this in the MMA style, or boxing style”. His hint at boxing also taps into the growing trend of MMA fighters crossing over into professional boxing matches.
