Boxers foraying into MMA is rare, as compared to MMA fighters trying their luck in the world of boxing. A few years back, UFC’s former Lightweight champion Conor McGregor stepped into the ring with Floyd Mayweather Jr. While he did have his moments throughout the fight, the tactical and technical advantages of Mayweather proved too much for him and he lost the match.
YouTube-turned-boxer Jake Paul has been making mincemeat of some of the biggest names in the game. He bit off more than he could chew with Tyson Fury‘s son Tommy Fury as Paul was handed his first loss in professional boxing by him. Jake Paul put up a good fight but fell short. His next target? Former UFC star and fan-favorite – Nate Diaz. After making tall claims about going the distance with the boxer, Diaz reneged via a Tweet, and the Twitter universe had a few things to say.

Jake Paul vs. Nate Diaz – Two stars colliding
Jake Paul was on an undefeated streak till he lost his first fight to Tommy Fury. As for Nate Diaz, the former UFC fighter went out in style, by securing a win over Tony Ferguson back in 2022. Jake Paul has been dominating the ring with grace and despite rumors of a rematch against Tommy Fury, has made no official comment on that front. Instead, he has decided to take on Nate Diaz.
Diaz, who is a household name in MMA, is a ferocious and relentless fighter. Former BMF Champ Jorge Masvidal, who has had his fair share of controversies with Jake Paul before their beef was squashed, has warned Paul about Nate Diaz’s insane endurance, aggression, and natural ability to box.
