In one such instance, a clip of a boxing referee and his stoppage of a fight has now gone viral on the internet. Posted on Twitter by a popular page dedicated to street fights and brawls, this video didn’t go down too well with their followers due to the bewildering stoppage by the referee.

The clip posted by ‘Fight Haven’ on Twitter showed two boxers squaring off as one of them relentlessly attacked the other. While he threw a flurry of punches, his opponent surprisingly showed great defensive technique by ducking and weaving most of them. Although cornered, his anticipation and out-of-the-ordinary head movement kept him away from the punches while also looking impressive while doing it.

But what followed left fans baffled as the referee stepped in, waving his hand and putting a stop to the fight. The official shockingly felt that the boxer, despite his defense, was hurt enough to not continue.
