Tyson Fury is one of the greatest heavyweight boxers of the current time. While he announced his retirement, many would have not imagined seeing Fury grapple. That’s exactly what he was seen doing with Nick Diaz. The older Diaz brother and Fury were seen rolling and wrestling.

ESPN MMA shared a short video of the two on YouTube. Boxing and UFC fans were happy to see both the athletes train together. Fans loved to see Fury try out a new sport without worrying about looking amateur. People were happy to see him out of his comfort zone.

Moreover, people wondered if Tyson Fury would ever consider MMA. After Fury previously called out UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou, people have been excited to see them in either the boxing ring or the Octagon.

Further, Nick Diaz too is an interesting athlete to follow. He has fought some of the biggest names in MMA. However, his comeback at UFC 266 against Robbie Lawler did not go as planned. He had returned after six years.

Hence, fans wish to seeing him fight once again. Owing to his long and eventful career as a professional MMA fighter, people want to see him in action. As per several reports, the 38-year-old will be back in the Octagon this year.

Will Tyson Fury face Francis Ngannou?

After defeating Dillian Whyte via a knockout, Tyson Fury brought over Ngannou to the ring in order to promote their possible clash.

Further, as reported by ‘Low Kick MMA‘, Tom Aspinall, Fury’s friend, and former teammate said that the boxer has been grappling in the gym with other British athletes. And he has also been training with Diaz. So it looks like the crossover between Fury and Ngannou clash which could happen next year, would have some unique rules.

Also, it would be interesting to see if grappling is allowed in their crossover. After all, Ngannou surprised everyone with his grappling skills against Cyril Gane.
