A picture of Joe Rogan on a men’s fitness magazine cover has resurfaced on the internet and is driving fight fans crazy.

Rogan looks lean and ripped on the cover page, with a full head of hair, completely different from his current appearance. However, Rogan is still very much in shape and works out and exercises religiously.

In fact, Rogan spoke about his weight and food habits in a recent podcast episode with Gad Saad. He said,” the fattest the ever I got, I think I got like 207 one time. For me, it goes right here (points at his belly). It goes into my sides and it goes into my belly… But I work out a lot, so it keeps it in check for the most part.”

Rogan stated that meats, fish, and fruits make up the majority of his diet. He’s also a non-vegetarian who likes steak. The color commentator is also a martial artist, which is a physically demanding discipline. He often takes to his social media and shares footage of his training.

Joe Rogan on how Francis Ngannou could beat Tyson Fury

Two-time world heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury recently bagged an incredible win over Dillian Whyte. After his win, the boxing champion announced that he will be fighting the UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou in his next bout. He also revealed that they will be wearing MMA gloves instead of traditional boxing gloves.

In an episode of ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’, the color commentator discussed the only way that Ngannou can beat Tyson Fury in a boxing match.

The only way that Rogan thinks that Ngannou can beat Tyson Fury is, “if Francis Ngannou gets Tyson Fury to agree to let him hold and hit.” Rogan believes that clinching and ‘dirty boxing’ is Ngannou’s key to winning a bout against the world boxing champion.
